QEDC Public Hearing (Kasai-Diño Lab Students) - Spring Semester 2015

Ms. Nguyen Hoang Linh and Mr. Joaquin Lorenzo Valmoria Moreno, two freshly doctoral graduates from Kasai-Diño laboratory, gave a public presentation of their doctoral dissertation.

In this public hearing, both of the presenters focused on the research of the green technology applications. Ms. Nguyen Hoang Linh presented her research entitled "Theoretical study on the Role of O-Vacancies in The Improvement of Metal Oxides' Reactivity for Green Technology Applications". While Mr. Joaquin Lorenzo Valmoria Moreno presented his research entitled "Density functional theory-based studies on precious metal-free surfaces as alternative catalysts for green energy applications: Carbon nanotubes and copper oxide".
